Silverstone is the centre of motorsport in the UK. The recent upgrading of the road infrastructure allows quick access to the circuit and prevents the previous traffic delays.
The facilities are extensive and the spectator has a wide range of grandstand positions to view the action from. Competitors benefit from a modern and well catered paddock.
The new tarmac section on the outside of Copse provides an escape route for the easily excited, and exit from the seemingly never-ending Luffield is, as ever, critical to a good lap time.
